JPSC. Consultant in recruitment

and industry knowledge, he represents
Executive Match. He performs assignments

to small companies in the IT segment.Previously
Jean-Pierre worked mainly in the
IT sector for Hewlett-Packard
in marketing and sales management
positions, then for Digital Equipment/Compaq
and Atos/Sligos where he held
different marketing management
positions.
French, he has a Marketing Management
Degree from Stanford University
and a MBA from Paris IX Dauphine
University. He speaks English
and Spanish. Reader in International
Management and New Technologies
for INT (Institut National des
Telecommunications) and formerly
lecturer at PARIS IX Dauphine
University in International Legal
Contracting.

Françoise
FAROUZ
Associate Partner

Françoise is an Associate
Partner of JPSC Executive Match.
With an extensive knowledge of
the IT industry and either in
hardware, software and services
domains. She runs senior assignments
covering operational management
positions with particular skills
in services new offers. After
15 years in IT industry
French she has a MBA from ESC
Rouen and a PhD. In Ethnomethodology
from Paris University. She speaks
German and masters a very fluent
English.

Jean-Louis, is Associate Partner
of JPSC Executive Match. He joined
us after 20 years experience mostly
in IT and Telco industries. He
is particularly dedicated to transition
management assignments which requires
managing director skills in rather
large organizations.

Prior to that Jean-Louis worked
as Country Manager for International
companies like AT&T, AVAYA
or local public administrations
as Marketing Director like LA
POSTE. Beforehand he managed
sales organizations in the IT
domain like UNISYS, Digital
Equipment/HP.

LAMOTHE

Jean-Jacques LAMOTHE is the partner
in charge of consulting. He helps
small to large companies in the
process to design, implement and
manage new organizations and particularly
in the services domain. He masters
the best way to handle and analyse
a structure to provide the most
appropriate evolution scheme.
Jean-Jacques previous experience
has been built on a strong competency
in managing services operations
- post sales, consulting, large
projects. Thanks to a significant
background of more than 25 years
within very large companies such
as CAP GEMINI E&Y, COMPAQ
(formerly Digital Equipment Corporation),
JD Edwards and NCR. |

LEBON

Philippe, is associate partner
of JPSC - Executive Match, specialist
of transition management for
the IT and Telecommunication
industries. Consultant with
extensive operational management
and industry knowledge, he founded
many services companies and
he has an in depth knowledge
of multicultural environment.
Able to drive
turnaround and restructuring
situation, he additionally delivers
it at international level.
Previously Philippe worked
mainly in the high tech sector
for Corning and Digital Equipment
in production and marketing
management positions, then after
the creation of two successful
companies, for Accenture (as
associate partner) and Fujitsu
Consulting (as CEO).
French, he has a Master of engineering
and a MBA from ESSEC. He speaks
English and German.

Michel MERCIER

Après plus de 20 ans d'expérience de partenariats et business développement dans le monde informatique et télécom, MERCIER rejoint JPSC en 2009, comme Directeur Associé, pour développer l'offre de conseil aux Entreprises, grandes marques de l'internet , et opérateurs télécom, en matière de services télécom mobiles innovants Grand Public ou Entreprises. Sa parfaite connaissance des acteurs du marché et des business model opérateurs et fournisseurs de contenu IT, lui permet de concevoir et décliner des offres et services immédiatement opérationnels.
Diplômé de l'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nice, Michel a exercé différentes responsabilités de direction Marketing et Commerciale chez des constructeurs, éditeurs et sociétés de services informatiques. Dès 1997, à l'ouverture du marché des télécoms, il intègre le monde des opérateurs et prend en charge le développement de partenariats et de nouveaux services entre l'opérateur et les acteurs de contenus (éditeurs de logiciels, prestataires informatiques). Il exerce cette responsabilité pendant 6 ans chez CEGETEL, opérateur fixe, participe à l'élaboration du dossier UMTS chez SFR, puis rejoint BOUYGUES TELECOM Entreprises pour développer les partenariats Data et I-mode. En 2006, il est recruté par PRYLOS pour accélérer la croissance de cet éditeur de logiciels mobiles, et développer de nouvelles offres en partenariat étroit avec les opérateurs et équipementiers téléphoniques. Son action se concrétise par plusieurs packs applicatifs et services mobiles commercialisés par les opérateurs, et permet notamment à SFR d'innover en lançant le premier pack applicatif " marché " Entreprises sous marque opérateur, sur le secteur des services à la personne.
